Return Policy
We try our best to make sure that buyers are 100% satisfied with their orders. We keep record of measurements made on each suit (videos and pictures). If any dress is made with measurements that are not within provided measurements by customer we will offer a free fix. All items in questions will be returned by the customer to shop in Pakistan. Fabric and embroidary changes can not be made.
At Merishopping, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect in which case we will fix your item free of cost and send it back to you. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns.
We try our best to match all outfits based on the pictures shown. Please see Our Work section to be sure that you are satisfied with our work. 100% copy of outfits in the picture is the goal we try to acheive. Items can not be returns with the reason that they do not look like a picture. Only defective items will be sent back in which case we will fix them and send it back to you or issue a full refund if it can not be fixed.
