Live video or pictures or both will be shown to you to avoid any confusion with orders. At this time you can make any changes or alteration to your items if needed. This will make sure that you receive what you have ordered
All unused or non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receving date. Shipping cost will be paid by the buyers. Custom orders that are made for your measurements are not refundable.
Please contact us as soon as possible in the occasion where you want to cancel your order as orders can not be canceled once the work has begun, specially for custom orders.
